Rules:

•  The submission of papers must be done before or on the mentioned dates.

•  The students should bring their presentation in a format/extension compatible in multiple systems preferably (ppt) 

•  The students will be provided 10mins to present their paper.

•  A question and answer session for 3 mins will be conducted based on the paper presented.

•  The presentation, paper and abstract must be in English and no other language will be entertained.

•  A presentation team may have 2 or 3 members, it is necessary for all the team members to actively participate in the competition.

•  The order of teams for presentation will be a random draw and will be informed to the team only on the day of the competition.

•  All the selected students who present their paper in the competition will be provided with a certificate, the top 3 winners will be provided with winner’s certificate only along with the trophy/prizes.

•  The group that show a working model or video of their project with in the stipulated time will be given extra credits.

•  The decision of the session chair will be final and all the participants should adhere to the rules and regulations of the college.
